  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Only purchases made directly through our website are covered by this policy.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:


  • The item was delivered correctly and without defect.

  • The issue is due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer.

  • The claim is made after 24 hours of delivery (as verified by tracking).

  • Consumable products (such as paper refills) have been opened or used.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our printers. Each unit comes with a 90-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.


  • If your printer arrives defective or stops working under normal use, contact us within the warranty period with your order number and photos.

  • We will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind while protecting your investment.

Replacements

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item at no additional cost once your claim is approved.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only if:


  • A replacement cannot be provided, or

  • We determine the product is unavailable.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Lost or Delayed Packages


  • If tracking shows the package was delivered, we are not responsible for theft or misplacement.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement when verified.

Goodwill Exceptions

While our policy sets clear eligibility rules, we may approve returns or replacements at our discretion in special cases, such as customer misunderstanding or extraordinary circumstances. This is not guaranteed, but allows us to provide flexibility and maintain customer satisfaction.
